Dr. Ersin Güler, Assistant Professor, has qualified to receive support under the TÜBİTAK 1812 (BİGG Investment) Program.
Within the scope of the 1812 – Investment-Based Entrepreneurship Support Program (BiGG Investment), our entrepreneur has been awarded support through the BiGG TEAM Entrepreneurship Support Program, which is implemented by our University's Technology Transfer Office Application and Research Center (ETTOM) in collaboration with Eskişehir Osmangazi University, Anadolu University, and Eskişehir Technical University, and in partnership with ARİNKOM TTO.
The supported project aims to develop a sustainable soil improvement material with reduced environmental impact as an alternative to traditional cement-based soil improvement methods. Within the scope of R&D studies to be conducted at the laboratory scale, the geotechnical and mechanical properties of mixtures with added sugar filter waste (SFW) will be examined, and the technical applicability of the product will be evaluated based on the findings.
This study aims to transform industrial wastes into high value-added building materials and contribute to sustainable construction practices.
